  • Queen Elizabeth Hospital is the biggest hospital in Hong Kong. She was opened in 1963. We are now having a major renovation program which will provide an up-to-date environment for our patients. Our hospital is a general hospital providing a comprehensive service in all major specialties. We also operate a twenty-four hour Accident & Emergency Service and provides a full range of specialist in-patient and out-patient facilities of an acute general hospital for patients in Kowloon region of Hong Kong. The hospital originally contained 1338 beds, but owing to the ever increasing demand for hospital service, the number of beds has been increased to existing over 1800. The hospital complex comprises a main hospital building which is a 13-storey block and a number of staff quarter blocks.
