Ø       Report to VP Operations, Global Technical Operations and manage all quality and operations projects in his authority and supervise a quality manager. Serving mainly global and regional Telecom Carriers and E-Commerce MNCs

Ø       Led and completed many Global Operations & Quality Initiatives in less than 6 months’ time under dismal internal finance and external economic environment, by bringing all levels personnel and departments from different countries to work together toward the common goals, for examples:

o        Established monthly global performance metrics in 14 countries in AP region and US through efficient and effective coordination and liaison
