G.1 | How can I change my login password? |
Ans | You can change your password either via IOHK homepage or by entering command at unix shell. To change it via IOHK homepage, go to change password under Member Area. To change it in unix shell, enter command "passwd" at "bash-2.02$" prompt. |

G.2 | How can I check my connect time? |
Ans | You can check your daily connect time either via IOHK homepage or by entering command at unix shell. To check it via IOHK homepage, go to check connect time under Member Area. To check it in unix shell, enter command "actime" at "bash-2.02$" prompt. |

G.3 | How can I forward my e-mail to another address? |
Ans | To forward your incoming e-mail automatically to another address, you can edit the
".forward" file under your home directory in unix shell. Login to unix shell,
enter "pico .forward" at the "bash-2.02$" prompt. Type in the e-mail
address you want to forward to. If you want to forward to more than one address, separate
them by comma. Press "Ctrl-X" to save the file. Then try to send an e-mail to
yourself to see if it is working.

G.4 | I want to change my login id/e-mail address. What should I do? |
Ans | To change your login id/e-mail address, please send your request to acct@iohk.com. Please note that the change will be effective at the start of next month. The service charges is HK$50. |

G.5 | When will I get my invoice and pay for the service? |
Ans | IOHK bills the users on a monthly basis. In the first week of each month, each user will receive a billing invoice via e-mail. Instructions for payment are attached at the end of the invoice. Users should settle their bills before the due date which is 20th of each month. Non payment or late payment after the due date may result in suspension of account without further notice. A reconnection charges of HK$50 will be charged to re-activate the suspended account. To avoid non payment or late payment, users can choose to use auto-payment by bank. |

Ans | It is a warning message only. No action will be taken yet. However, users are urge to remove excess mail on the server. If you are using "pine" for your e-mail, use the delete function to remove read e-mail from your mailbox. If you are using offline e-mail program likes Eudora, do not select the option "Leave mail on server" so as to clear your mailbox after you download your e-mail. |

E.2 | "Your mailbox has been moved to pine's folder directory and renamed YYMMDDHH because its size was over 10M bytes." |
Ans | This message tells you that
excess mail in your mailbox has been moved to your home folder on the server to guarantee
there is enough space for your mailbox to receive new incoming e-mail to you. To restore
your moved e-mail, go to
move mail under Member Area on IOHK homepage or enter command "mvmail" at
"bash-2.02$" in unix shell.

Ans | Uncheck "immediate send" option in "Sending Mail" setting. Then you can queue your messages by pressing the "Queue" button before sending them out. To send the queued messages, connect to IOHK then select "File" - "Send queued messages". |

Ans | In "Getting Started" setting, select "Winsock" for "Connection Method". |

Ans | i.) Make sure you are connecting using Trumpet Winsock (for Win 3.1) or Dial-up Networking (for Win 95/98) and the connection does not lost;

Ans | In "Checking Mail" setting, uncheck the option "Leave mail on server". Then select "File" - "Check mail", Eudora will download your e-mail and clear the mailbox on IOHK server. |
