DS016 - Connect to IOHK using PPP for NT4.0

To have your PPP connection using Win NT 4.0, you need to have your "Modem",
"Remote Access Service", "TCP/IP Protocol" and "Dial-Up Networking" properly 
installed and configured.  Please consult your NT Network Administrator for 
information on how to install and configure these components.  You can then 
follow the below procedures to create "Dial-Up Networking" phonebook entry 
for making connection to IOHK Internet service.

Create Phonebook Entry for IOHK
1.) Select "Start" - "Programs" - "Accessories" - "Dial-Up Networking"
2.) Make a new phonebook entry
    
    Name the new phonebook entry: <enter IOHK>
3.) Click on "Next"
4.) Server
    
    I am calling the Internet: <checked>
    Send my plain text password if that's the only way to connect: <checked>
5.) Click on "Next"
6.) Phone Number
    
    Country code: <select Hong Kong (852)>
    Area code: <leave it blank>
    Phone number: <enter 30018200>
    Use Telephony dialing properties: <checked>
7.) Click on "Next"
8.) Click on "Finish" to save the entry

Configure Dial-Up Networking for IOHK
1.) Select "Start" - "Programs" - "Accessories" - "Dial-Up Networking"
2.) Dial-Up Networking
    
    Select phonebook entry "IOHK" then click on "More" and 
    select "Edit entry and modem properties"
3.) Click on "Server" tag
    
    Dial-up server type: <select PPP: Windows NT, Windows 95 Plus, Internet>
    Network protocols: <check TCP/IP>
    Enable software compression: <checked>
    Enable PPP LCP extension: <checked>
4.) Click on "TCP/IP Settings" button
    
    Server assigned IP address: <selected>
    Specify name server addressess: <selected>
    Primary DNS: <enter 202.21.128.81>
    Secondary DNS: <enter 202.21.128.82>
    Primary WINS: <enter 0.0.0.0>
    Secondary WINS: <enter 0.0.0.0>
    Use IP header compression: <checked>
    Use default gateway on remote network: <checked>
5.) Click on "OK" button until you are back to "Dial-Up Networking"
6.) Select the phonebook entry in "Dial-Up Networking" then click on the "Dial" 
    button to make the connection
